Charles Fick joined TAG
in December 2003. He is responsible for new
business development.
Fick joined MCI in January 1979 after
graduating from the University of Missouri. Fick
is a tremendous asset to TAG because of his
historical success in consultative,
solutions-based selling of technology-driven
product lines.
During his 24-year career at MCI, Fick held a
variety of sales and sales management positions
which contributed to his vast knowledge of data,
Internet, voice, international, long-distance
and local telecommunications.
In his last eight years with the company,
Fick served as Vice President for the Southwest
sales region. As Vice President, Fick was
responsible for more than $600 million in annual
revenue and a significant number of MCI’s
largest customers, including JB Hunt, Southwest
Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Tyson Foods, Walmart,
First American Title, Charles Schwab, Kaiser
Permanente and many others. Additionally, Fick
was responsible for negotiating more than 180
multi-million dollar contracts on behalf of the
company including the Aspect multi-year
outsourcing contract, one of the company’s
largest at the time. Fick also served on the
acquisition and due diligence team for the
company’s acquisition of SHL Systemhouse.
Fick holds a bachelor’s
of science degree in Business and Public
Administration from the University of Missouri.
